Privacy notice

When you send an enquiry or request a brochure, we store your name, email, phone number, the project and home you asked about, your message and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Allegiance Real Estate advisors use these details only to reply to your request and follow up about the projects you chose.

If you use the website assistant, your questions and its answers are stored so we can improve the answers. Do not share personal details in the chat; the enquiry forms collect them.

We store a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse of the forms. Maps come from Google Maps, which receives the technical information needed to show them, including your IP address. Your enquiry details are never passed to Google.

To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, reply to any message from your advisor or ask them directly.
