    Compare projects by price, layout, handover date and payment plan. Your advisor confirms live availability with the developer.

  2. Reserve

    Pay the booking amount the developer sets and sign the sales agreement for your unit.

  3. Pay as it’s built

    Follow the payment plan. Instalments are tied to dates or construction milestones, and some plans continue after handover.

  4. Handover

    Make the handover payment, inspect the home and collect your keys. Your advisor helps with registration.

Where are the projects located?

All three projects are in northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Stone Al Malqa is in Al Malqa, Élevée is in Al Nakheel, and OSUS Eye is in Al Nada. Each project page includes a location map and directions.

What types of homes can I explore?

Stone Al Malqa includes two- and three-bedroom apartments. Élevée offers apartments, duplexes and penthouses, while OSUS Eye includes apartments, penthouses and townhouses. Availability for your preferred home type requires confirmation.

What are the starting prices?

Starting prices in this collection are SAR 1,000,000 for Élevée, SAR 1,300,000 for Stone Al Malqa and SAR 1,400,000 for OSUS Eye. These are project-level starting prices, not quotations for every layout. Live unit availability is confirmed separately. Ask for a dated offer for your chosen home before booking.

What payment options can I explore?

Élevée has an initial payment from 20%, with the remaining schedule agreed according to the time until handover. OSUS Eye has three indicative payment options for selected apartments. Stone Al Malqa has an indicative 10-instalment option. Confirm the final schedule and eligibility for your chosen home before booking.

Can non-Saudi buyers own property in Riyadh?

Saudi Arabia’s updated non-Saudi ownership law took effect on 22 January 2026. Eligibility depends on the buyer’s status, the property and the applicable geographical rules. REGA directs applicants to the Saudi Properties portal. Check your eligibility and the exact property there before committing; this website does not confirm foreign-buyer eligibility for any of the three projects.

Yes. Stone Al Malqa and Élevée have floor-plan galleries and complete plan sets in Documents. For OSUS Eye, explore the residence types and request the individual plan for your preferred home.
